Phase 3. PROPOSAL
Following review of the Action Plan we prepare detailed proposal. Action
Plan Design and Proposal phases are set up as a two-step process. However,
they may be done concurrently on some projects.
Phase 4. IMPLEMENTATION
The Implementation Plan, which is keyed directly to the Proposal and
Action Plan, is set up in accordance with your requirements.
Templates guide all of our core procedures. Our core procedures include such
items as formal event-triggered project risk assessments, project metrics tracking,
and short cycle milestones,
Our management team verifies that all on-site activities are performed and provides
regular status reports to the client.
Below are brief descriptions of the characteristics
of two different change implementations along with the benefits they offer. One
is for quality
assurance and the other for information system and learning
design.
